Onsite Fitness Classes

Get moving with one or all of our weekly onsite fitness classes! Our instructors are all certified and dedicated to your physical and emotional well-being. All classes are in Marley 219, except CNY Circuit Training (held in CNY Suite 610) and Zumba-to-Go (held at your location). Punch cards can be purchased from our instructors or the Employee Health Office and will expire six months from purchase date. Cash or Check only (made out to Crouse Hospital). No need to pre-register.

The new (and improved) class fees are:
Employee 12-class punch card - $36 ($3/class)
Employee drop-in fee - $5
Non-employee 12-class punch card - $50 
Non-employee drop-in fee - $7

Sculpt & Tone is a strength and toning class designed to target every muscle group and create sleek definition. The class will incorporate a mixture of floor exercises, weights, and the stability ball for a total body workout. Tone & Sculpt is a great way to tone-up your physique and add a variety to your workout.
Stick with this class and you will see results!

Pilates uses only your own body weight and gravity, and will tone and strengthen your entire body. Classes will focus on integrating the entire body, rather than exercising each body part separately. As you begin to focus on your body as a whole you’ll achieve better alignment and teach your body to work more efficiently.

Midday Yoga Recharge is a 30-minute Kripalu-based yoga practice designed for anybody at any fitness level that encourages mind/body balance for a more stress-free way of life. You'll learn to link your breath to your movements and reap the most benefit from your practice. Join us!

Yoga: Try this 75-minute gentle workout to encourage stress reduction, flexibility and strength. This class is specially designed for any fitness level. Learn to follow the path of mind and body balance, where everything else falls gracefully into place.

CNY Circuit Training takes place from 12 – 12:30 on Tuesdays and Thursdays in Suite 610 at CNY. This is a high intensity, fast calorie burning, 15-minute workout that’s perfect for busy individuals on the go!

ZUMBA-to-Go (your place, your time)
Try this fun aerobics class for a quick workout and energy boost! Cara will come to your department for a 15-minute Zumba class. This class will need some space; a non-clinical hallway will do. A minimum of 4 employees is requested for a class to be scheduled. Please wear comfy clothes, sneakers and bring a water bottle.
