Our first Simple Steps to Wellness Challenge of 2014 is focused on training for a 5k walk or run. With this challenge, we are encouraging you and supporting you in your efforts to move more and to move farther. The health benefits of walking and running are many. If you're just starting out, use the Mayo Clinic's 5k Training Schedule below. If you're already very active, challenge yourself to do more, more often.
