Our third and final Simple Steps to Wellness Challenge of 2013 is focusing on exactly that... steps, specifically stepping up and taking the stairs! With this challenge, we are encouraging you and supporting you in your efforts to move more and to move up. The health benefits of walking are many. If you're just starting out on a walking routine, start small and work you way up to the recommended 10,000 steps per day. If you're already very active, challenge yourself to do more, such as taking the stairs more often.
