There are a number of pay phones located throughout the hospital in public areas. Most patient rooms
(except some critical care areas) have phone service available for a nominal daily fee. To order service,
dial 8080 from the bedside phone. Also, cell phone use is allowed in most areas of the hospital, with the
exception of a few units. These areas are indicated by signs.
Television service can be ordered 24 hours a day by dialing 8700 from the patient’s bedside phone. Orders
must be placed using the phone that corresponds to the patient’s bed. There is a one-time activation charge
and a nominal daily fee that will be added to the patient’s hospital bill. For additional information,
please dial 7473 from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. to speak with a Time Warner television service representative.
Many people want to volunteer at Crouse Hospital because of the quality care they or a family member
received. To learn about volunteer opportunities at Crouse stop by one of our information desks or call

Patients and family members often ask how they can show their thanks to a special staff person or department
for the care received at Crouse Hospital. A unique way to express gratitude is through Crouse Health
Foundation’s Milestones and Memories gift program. A tax-deductible donation is made to the hospital in
honor or memory of a staff member or patient. For more information, call the foundation at 470-7702 or
look for a brochure in the hospital lobbies.
