Many employers have matching gifts programs which match all or part of an employee's donation to designated non-profit organizations. Often, spouse and retiree gifts can also be matched. Please ask your employer if the Crouse Health Foundation qualifies.
Donating by Check
If making a donation by check, please make it payable to Crouse Health Foundation and mail to 736 Irving Avenue, Syracuse, NY, 13210. You'll receive an acknowledgment letter for your gift. Please also let us know the name of your employer or enclose any form provided by your company about their matching gifts program.
