Our mission: To support Crouse Hospital in providing the best in patient care and promoting community health.
Founded in 1974, the Foundation is a not-for-profit corporation organized to encourage individuals, corporations, foundations and other groups to financially support the programs and efforts of Crouse Hospital.
The Foundation is governed by a voluntary board of directors; these community members are responsible for the investment, management and administration of all funds and other property given or bequeathed to Crouse.
To assure that our donors have full confidence in our organization, the Crouse Health Foundation subscribes to the ideals and services outlined in the nationally-recognized Donor Bill of Rights. Additionally, the Foundation does not exchange or rent any of its mailing lists.
