As we begin the new year, with all good intentions to keep our resolutions, Natur-Tyme is presenting a program Wednesday, Jan. 11 to help keep us on track. “Strategies for Lifestyle Changes in the New Year” will feature members of the Crouse Hospital team.
Employee Health Director Scott Treatman, DO, will share insights at 7 p.m. on how we can reduce stress through mindfulness, and Cathy Wolf, RN, will be on hand with tools for quitting smoking.
Other topics include transforming your health through exercise with Randy Sabourin from Personal Fitness; maintaining health through proper nutrition, with Laurel Sterling Prisco, MA, RD; getting organized, with Lisa DeVeau, a certified professional organizer; and how to succeed at keeping your new year’s resolutions, with Linda Sugar, LCSW. There will many booths and various vendors, plus free makeovers by Natur-Tyme’s licensed cosmetologists.
