track to play a collegiate sport, he or she may need a sports
The Cleveland Clinic says a sports physical should:
- Assess the child's overall health and wellness.
- Determine the child's fitness level and physical maturity.
- Spot any current injury.
- Diagnose any health condition that could increase your child's
risk of getting hurt.
