Health Tip: Help Prevent Eye Problems02/29/12
(HealthDay News) -- Your vision may weaken as you get older, but
the Cleveland Clinic says there are things you can do to maintain
the health of your eyes:
- Schedule regular visits with your doctor to screen for
conditions that can affect your vision, such as diabetes.
- Visit your ophthalmologist once every year. The exam should
include pupil dilation if your family has a history of diabetes or
- Have regular glaucoma screenings.
- See an eye doctor right away if you have any trouble with your
eyes or vision.
