skin and increases your risk of developing skin cancer.
The Cleveland Clinic offers these suggestions to help protect
you from the sun's harmful effects:
- Apply sunscreen every day, even if it's cloudy outside.
- Stay out of the sun while it's strongest, from 10 a.m. to 3
- Wear a long-sleeved shirt, long pants and a hat with a wide
brim when you'll be outside for long periods.
- Protect your eyes with UV light-filtering sunglasses.
