(HealthDay News) -- Pumpkins are a sure sign of fall, but
they're good for more than carving on Halloween. Pumpkins add
flavor to foods, and they are a good source of potassium and
vitamins C and A.
Try these pumpkin recipes, courtesy of the Academy of Nutrition
- Blend fat-free milk, pumpkin, frozen vanilla yogurt and a
sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon to create a healthy
