- Take Exit 36 to Route 81 South. Take Exit 18 (Harrison/ Adams) to Adams Street. Turn left onto Adams Street (second light) and go up the hill. For Crouse Hospital, turn right at the light onto Irving Avenue. For 410 South Crouse, go past Irving and turn left onto South Crouse Avenue.
- From Route 81 South:
- Take Exit 18 (Harrison/ Adams) to Adams Street (second light). Turn left onto Adams Street and go up the hill. For Crouse Hospital, turn right at the light onto Irving Avenue. For 410 South Crouse, go past Irving and turn left onto South Crouse Avenue.
- From Route 81 North:
- Take Exit 18 (Harrison/ Adams), turn right onto Adams Street and go up the hill. For Crouse Hospital, turn right at the light onto Irving Avenue. For 410 South Crouse, go past Irving and turn left onto South Crouse Avenue.
- From Route 690 East:
- Exit onto Route 81 South. Take Exit 18 (Harrison/Adams) to Adams Street (second light). Turn left onto Adams Street and go up the hill. For Crouse Hospital, turn right at the light onto Irving Avenue. For 410 South Crouse, go past Irving and turn left onto South Crouse Avenue.
- From Route 690 West:
- Take Exit 13 and turn left onto Townsend Street. Take Townsend Street to Adams Street. Turn left onto Adams Street and go up the hill. For Crouse Hospital, turn right at the light onto Irving Avenue. For 410 South Crouse, go past Irving and turn left onto South Crouse Avenue.

- Take exit 35 and make the first right off the traffic circle (Carrier Circle) onto Thompson Road North. Turn left at the first traffic light. Commonwealth Place is .6 miles on the left.
From Route 81 South: Take the New York State Thruway East to Exit 35. Make the first right off the traffic circle (Carrier Circle) onto Thompson Road North. Turn left at the second traffic light. Commonwealth Place is .6 miles on the left.
- From Route 81 North:
- Take Route 690 East to Exit 16 North. Take Route 635 North (Thompson Road) to first traffic circle (Carrier Circle). Take the third right off the traffic circle (the exit immediately after Thruway exit) onto Thompson Road North. Turn left at the first traffic light. Commonwealth Place is .6 miles on the left.
