MOTIVATION – MOVING THE TEAM TO THE END ZONE
TRAINING FOR SUPERVISORS

I’m looking forward to meeting all of you for the “Motivation” Training! Below I have a few questions for you to answer so that I may be able to most successfully respond to your particular issues with motivating your employees. You may provide as much information as you would like. As usual if you have a more confidential issue you may contact HelpPeople directly for assistance.

  1. What would you hope to gain from this training?

  2. How do you define “motivation”?

  3. Can you list at least three (3) motivators for your employees?

  4. What might be your own motivators in carrying out your current role as a supervisor?

  5. How might you motivate one of your employees who appears “negative” much of the time?

  6. When you feel your best at work, what aspect of the job are you valuing most?
