ADDRESSING EMPLOYEE JOB PERFORMANCE
WITH REASONABLE SUSPICION TESTING
TRAINING FOR SUPERVISORS

I’m looking forward to meeting all of you for the Reasonable Suspicion/Addressing Employee Job Performance Training! Below I have a few questions for you to answer so that I may be able to most successfully respond to your particular issues with drug and alcohol observation/testing.   3. How might you respond to an employee who complains to you that another coworker is using illegal drugs at the workplace?



  4. What behaviors might you observe that would lead you to suspect that an employee may be under the influence of alcohol? of drugs?



  5. How familiar are you with: 1) Your company’s drug testing policy? Under what conditions does your company require drug screens?



  6. What steps would you take in confronting an employee who is clearly under the influence of alcohol?
