HelpPeople offers supervisor-training seminars on a quarterly basis. Their purpose is to provide staff with a means for awareness of all the services available for them and their employees through the company's EAP (HelpPeople),

Supervisor Training – Transitioning from Peer to Supervisor
This program will help the newly promoted employee in recognizing and handling the changes and responsibilities that comes with their new supervisory position.

    This is for new supervisors or a refresher course for current supervisors.
