At HelpPeople we know what a difficult job you have. We also know how challenging it can be to develop and maintain critical supervisory skills, like:

  • clearly formulating and communicating job performance expectations and standards;
  • recognizing and analyzing performance problems;
  • interpersonal communication tactics to effectively deal with employees experiencing job difficulties due to personal problems and/or handling confrontational meetings; (These can sometimes be handled through a referral to HelpPeople.)
  • creating and employing disciplinary measures for employees with faltering job performance; and
  • the ability to provide regular job-related feedback (including positive reinforcement) to all employees under your supervision.
