Injuries don’t happen by appointment. Whether you’re a weekend warrior with a sprained ankle, a parent of a child who’s fallen and hurt his wrist, or have been injured at home or on the job, we have the orthopedic care and treatment you need – and at times when your regular physician may not be available. No need to wait until the next day to seek treatment!

SportsCare Express is primarily for immediate treatment of non-emergent injuries, such as sports and work-related injuries, broken bones and sprains. If you have a more severe injury, such as head trauma, dislocations, open fractures, or if you are in need of sutures, please go to the closest emergency department.

Open seven days a week, SportsCare Express eliminates long wait times you may encounter in the ER. And you can be assured of the highest level of care by clinical experts affiliated with Crouse Hospital, all of whom are focused on getting you back to your normal activity as safely and quickly as possible.  As part of our commitment to excellence, we pledge to you that if any further testing is needed (MRI, bone scan), it will be performed the next business day (pending authorization from your insurance company). You would then follow-up with your physician as soon as possible.
