Additional YMCA Programs
LiveSTRONG program: FREE for Cancer survivors and their families. Each 12-week session meets 2-3 times weekly. Classes are offered at all branches of the YMCA of Greater Syracuse.
Diabetes Prevention Program:
A trained lifestyle coach facilitates 16 one-hour sessions. Participants must be at least 18 years old, overweight (BMI > 25)* and at high risk for developing type 2 diabetes or have been diagnosed with pre-diabetes.
FEE:Members:$75, Non Members: $150 (includes full use of the facilities.)
