DEI&B Advisory Board

As the only locally-governed hospital, Crouse Health values diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging among our employees, patients and the families we serve. To further develop our culture and engage our community, the work of DEIB has never been more important. To help provide us with insight and expertise, a select group of Syracuse community leaders will be invited to participate on the DEI&B Advisory Board.

The DEI&B Advisory Board will serve as a sounding board to help gain insights and advice to explore future new opportunities through thought-provoking conversations that lead to system-wide enhancements. Board members will provide current knowledge, critical thinking and analysis focused on examining and addressing the health equity gap, equitable care, cultural patient experiences and assist the organization in prioritizing the creation of a more equitable and inclusive work environment.
