Diversity and inclusion in healthcare is important as it promotes better care for diverse populations, higher employee morale and retention, and better problem solving, which lead to better results. Our Crouse Health culture is shaped by our mission, vision and values, and comes to life through the commitment and engagement of our employees, physicians, students and volunteers. Bringing our diverse dynamic community together helps us create an environment where each individual is treated with respect and dignity, and produces collaborative spaces where we can all work together to accomplish the Crouse mission. Simply put, diversity and inclusion work better together. Thank you to all those who are helping to foster a diverse and inclusive workplace at Crouse, for the benefit of our hospital and our community.
