Volunteer Application

Volunteering at Crouse starts with a completed application, health form and cover letter, available at the links below.

Once your application is submitted, you’ll receive a Welcome Letter with next-step instructions. After your health forms, immunization records, and references are received, the Volunteer Coordinator will contact you to schedule an onboarding appointment. During onboarding, you’ll receive a prescription for a free TB Gold test at a location across the street from Crouse Health. Once assigned to a department, you’ll receive training and be ready to begin your volunteer service. You may even discover that your unique skills and experience help you find the perfect fit at Crouse!
