As of May 4, the Dr. Hadley J. Falk Breast Health Center at Crouse Hospital resumed regular breast cancer screening. We are confident that our enhanced procedures and policies allow us to provide the benefits of breast screening while reducing the risk of COVID-19 transmission.
WE HAVE TAKEN THESE STEPS TO KEEP PATIENTS SAFE:
Social Distancing When not directly providing care we keep our distance. Our waiting room encourages distance between patients. We have decreased the number of appointments to reduce overcrowding and allow time for extensive cleaning. Everyone is allowed one visitor, but we ask that patients come to their appointment alone, unless they need assistance — the fewer visitors the better for everyone.
A Mask for All Staff and Visitors We wear masks to protect others; for this reason everyone must wear a mask.
Frequent Cleaning and Hand Washing by All Employees Strict adherence to cleaning and disinfecting of equipment between each patient We welcome patients/visitors to use our hand sanitizers and talk to staff about hand washing.
Everyone—Including Staff and Patients/Visitors—is Screened for Respiratory Illness You will be asked screening questions and have your temperature taken before entering.
Just complete the form below to schedule your mammogram; our staff will contact you to confirm your appointment date and time.
