Join the Crouse Health 2019 Corporate Challenge team!
Companies across CNY participate in this 3.5-mile walk or run. Enjoy an evening of fitness and camaraderie with the Crouse family. The event takes place at Onondaga Lake Park on Tuesday, May 21, at 6:25 p.m. (meet at the Crouse tent for a team photo at 6 p.m.)
For employees who complete the course, the cost to participate is $15 and includes two shirts (a Corporate Challenge shirt, Crouse Health team shirt) and post-race dinner/refreshments at the Crouse Health tent. Employees who do not complete the course will pay the full price, which is $37.
Deadline to register for the Crouse Health Team is Friday, April 26 at 4:30 p.m. (no exceptions). There are two steps to register:
- REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN – Register on the JP Morgan Chase Website
- Click here to complete the online Crouse Health registration (includes Crouse Health shirt order and payment method). Payroll deduction is available.

Race Packet Pick-up Packet (shirts, event number, map with tent location)
Begins Monday, May 20 at Crouse Hospital Human Resources – HR conference room (8 Memorial). Shirts not picked up by noon on Tuesday, May 21 will be brought to the Crouse Health tent prior to the race.

All Crouse Hospital team participants must be actively employed and paid by Crouse Hospital, and must be 18 years of age or older.
