Future Leaders Development Program

The goal of Future Leaders is to invest in our current workforce and attract and retain employees who are passionate about the Crouse culture and want to stay with the hospital for the duration of their professional career. The eight-month program is designed to promote thought, encourage discussion and provide participants with the knowledge and tools to grow as future leaders within the Crouse Health family.

We welcome and encourage participants with diverse perspectives and experiences across all areas of our organization.

Please note that class size is limited to no more than 25 participants.  Applications will be accepted until October 31. Applicants will be notified by December 1 and the program will start on February 4 and run until September 9, 2027.
