Crouse Health is migrating electronic health record systems (EHR) to use Epic, a widely used best-in-class system for healthcare organizations. The system will go-live at the hospital and Crouse Medical Practice on May 30, 2026.
“Moving to Epic will be transformational for Crouse,” said Crouse President and CEO, Seth Kronenberg, MD. “Epic gives our providers and staff access to the most advanced electronic medical records platform, improving the quality and coordination of care across the organization. Additionally, for patients, Epic’s MyChart will bring Crouse Hospital and Crouse Medical Practice into one comprehensive patient portal, which will enhance their healthcare experience.”
When MyChart is live on May 30, patients will have a comprehensive portal where they can schedule appointments, securely message with their providers, access virtual care, receive test results and pay their medical bills.
Patients will be able to register in advance to MyChart. More information can be found at crouse.org/epic.
