Crouse Health Migrating Electronic Health Record Systems to Epic

Crouse Health is migrating electronic health record systems (EHR) to use Epic, a widely used best-in-class system for healthcare organizations. The system will go-live at the hospital and Crouse Medical Practice on May 30, 2026.

Additionally, for patients, Epic’s MyChart will bring Crouse Hospital and Crouse Medical Practice into one comprehensive patient portal, which will enhance their healthcare experience.”

When MyChart is live on May 30, patients will have a comprehensive portal where they can schedule appointments, securely message with their providers, access virtual care, receive test results and pay their medical bills.
