Crouse Health is excited to announce our transition to EPIC as our electronic medical record. This transition will allow for one medical record for all Crouse Health and will provide improved continuity of care in the greater CNY community and beyond.
As a result of this transition, we will be turning off the current Patient Portal midnight on 5/29/26. You can register for MyChart by visiting https://mycrousechart.crouse.org/. From May 18 until May 30, MyChart will be limited to viewing upcoming appointments as we make the move to Epic/MyChart. Once we go live on May 30, patients will be able to view and make appointments, send messages to their care team, view results and pay their bill in one convenient place.
