This one-session class is designed for mothers having a planned Cesarean birth. The class covers preoperative instructions, anesthesia, what happens during a C-Section, the role of the support person and post-surgery recovery tips. Each registration and single fee is for 2 people. All First Steps classes are currently being held via Zoom.
