Masks Required: All patients, visitors and staff are required to wear surgical masks in all Crouse locations.

Screening:
All patients, visitors and staff are screened at all Crouse location entry points.

Isolation:
COVID-19 positive patients are isolated in negative pressure rooms in separate locations.

Visitation Limitations:
Crouse visiting hours are limited, based upon guidelines from the New York State Department of Health and our infection control specialists.

Pre-surgery Testing:
All surgical patients are tested for COVID-19 prior to surgery.


Social Distancing:
Waiting areas are set up for social distancing.

Pre-delivery Testing:
All maternity patients are tested for COVID-19 prior to delivering.


Cleaning and Disinfecting:
All surface areas are deep cleaned and disinfected, rigorously and routinely.

PPE for Staff:
All staff wears personal protective equipment, based upon guidelines from the New York State Department of Health and our infection control specialists.
