At Crouse Health, Registered Nurses can be nominated and recognized through the DAISY Award. This international honor is a reflection of their hard work and dedication to our mission. However, our nurses could not be successful without the extraordinary work of the support staff, just as daisies can’t exist without the hardworking and loyal bees!

The BEE Award was created to honor non-nurse colleagues who support the role of the Registered Nurse in meeting our mission to provide the best in patient care. This complimentary relationship is what keeps Crouse so strong!

Team members can include: Nursing Assistants, Nurse Helpers, Health Unit Coordinators, Respiratory Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Patient Transporters or any staff member from Nutritional Services, Environmental Services, Supply and Distribution, Facilities Management, etc.

Any colleague outside of nursing is eligible!
