Dr. Soults, a board-certified neurosurgeon, earned his B.S. in neuroscience from the University of Rochester. He received his medical degree from Upstate Medical University, where he also completed his general surgery internship and neurosurgery residency. He is a member of the American Association of Neurological Surgeons; the Congress of Neurological Surgeons; and the North American Spine Society, among others.
