> JOIN US IN PAYING TRIBUTE TO OUR CROUSE HEROES

We keep caring. And so do you.

No part of our society has been untouched by the COVID-19 pandemic.

During this disruptive and uncertain time, we continue to be humbled by the compassion and generosity of the Central New York community. Throughout this health crisis, the steadfast support we have received from individuals, organizations and businesses, both large and small, have lifted our spirits and inspired us.

Community Response
From financial contributions, to donating protective gear, electronic devices and supplies, to dropping off food and handwritten messages of support for our team, your gifts to the Crouse Health COVID-19 Emergency Response Fund have made a meaningful difference.

We sincerely thank our physicians and staff for their teamwork, dedication and resilience as they have worked to keep patients, visitors and our community safe and healthy during this challenging time. That is the Crouse culture — and the Crouse spirit.

Healthcare Team Rises to Challenge
This has not been easy, as the situation over these months has changed rapidly, sometimes on an hourly basis. To say that our staff has risen to the challenge of COVID-19 is an understatement.

Whether it is emergency care for stroke or a heart attack, or delivering babies — more than 1,600 since the pandemic began — our team has not missed a beat in providing care. And now that we have resumed elective surgeries and procedures, we are back to providing the full range of services our community expects and deserves.

To keep patients and staff safe, we continue with our stringent safety and infection control measures in our Pomeroy Emergency Services Department and across theentire hospital and outpatient sites.

While we cannot predict the future, we will be ready should there be a spike in the virus later in the year. As a reminder, the best way to protect yourself and our community is to continue the precautions we have learned: wear a face covering, maintain social distancing and wash your hands frequently.

We thank you for your trust and confidence, and for your support of our healthcare team.

We are and will remain Crouse strong — here for you as always.
